We have been pouring through the pictures from the wedding {the Wedding of the Century, as my daughter has dubbed it!}
I thought I would share a few with you....it was such a fun day!
Molly and Kyle were married on April 27th. at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Upper Arlington, Ohio...
the flowers were mainly tulips....yellow and white....
the color scheme for the wedding was yellow, grey and white....
of course, my daughter, Molly, was the bride....but my other two daughters were bridesmaids...
Maggie was the maid of honor and the best man was the groom's brother....
the bridesmaids wore grey silk halter style dresses and yellow shoes...
my youngest daughter, Mary, was a bridesmaid....her escort was the groom's cousin....
I love the details....and the triple tied bridesmaids bouquet was a perfect detail. We carried the same grey and white stripe french ribbon throughout the wedding and reception....
The brides bouquet...
as much as I don't like being photographed....there was just no escaping it for this day....
there isn't a single picture with me looking forward...my head is always turned and I am chatting with someone!
And of course, the bride and her father!
and of course our sweet little ring bearer....Enzo!
the bow tie is Liberty!
the back of her dress....
and the bagpipes!
the wedding party!
the girls having fun!
the guys having fun!
the parents...
and the bride and groom...
the reception was held at The Walter Commons at St. Charles in Bexley Ohio...
the venue was gorgeous!
Molly worked with a wonderful cake designer...it was as delicious as it was beautiful....
we had a fiddler....
and flowers....
candles....
entrances and dancing....
good friends and remembering all those who came before us...
it was a wonderful day...
and it all began with a honey bee...
:) mary

Beautiful wedding and Bride and Groom! ♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful, Mary! You and the wedding party. Our two children each chose destination weddings, with only immediate family in attendance (14 people one time and 17 people the other time). Each, in their own way, was as elegant as yours. These are very special occasions that will always be appreciated and fondly remembered.
ReplyDeleteMary, such beauty! love all your pics...thank you for sharing all of them...

ReplyDeleteHi Mary! I am just sitting at my kid's lessons, finally getting caught up on some blog reading! These pictures are magnificent! So many things I loved while scrolling through this post... first of all, your green shoes! They are awesome! I also loved that the cake tasted as good as it looked- very important in my book! More importantly, your family just looks so happy. Your daughters are all gorgeous. I'm so glad you posted these, what a special day. (And what an amazing place to get married and have a reception)! Oh, and I still just love the honeybee theme and guest gifts! xo
