She has such a gift for creating beautiful designs. One (of many) of her designs I haven't yet made is Harlequin Star. Emma's coming out with a new fabric line at fall quilt market, and I'm hoping, hoping we can easily buy it here. I have two favorites of the quilts I've made. The first is a New York beauty in purples, blues and greens. All of the crown segments are done in gold fairy frost. The second is still just a top. It is my own design medallion with a bouquet of flowers in the center, pinwheels, and appliquéd border. It is done in 30s fabrics on white.JoanGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11296109077095410908noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111782212707964150.post-2830657134413314482013-09-25T18:38:23.163-04:002013-09-25T18:38:23.163-04:00I never thought I was interested in stitching a Pi...I never thought I was interested in stitching a Pickle Dish quilt, but yours has changed my mind. For right now, my personal favorite is Cascade which also became my second pattern. I never tire of looking at all the prints and fabric combos in that one. And I love the cool color scheme. I find it very soothing and relaxing.
