GAhhh!
Look at you go!
I couldn't find anyone past the crescent making stage! What is that background fabric??
I have thought and rethought these colors and patterns. You are fearless!

Hi Dana- it is the new Betty Dear. I don't really have all that much complete...just one block so far and I still need to applique it. This quilt does take some time to get together. Lots of steps!

Mary, I love the Betty Dear! Are you happy with your choice?

I am Janelle...I am happy with the size of the pattern and the color! It is a fun quilt although it will take some time to complete :)

I'm sorry to appear a bit thick but I assume you tear the paper away from the crescents once they are sewn? Is this difficult? I can imagine me pulling the crescents out of shape easily...I love your fabric choices, the blue floral is gorgeous.

Hi Heather, it is not too difficult. You can use a seam ripper to tear down the length of the blades, then I put my finger on the stitching as I carefully pull the foundation paper away. It just takes some time and you can't rush through it. Hope this helps!

Wow -- that is gorgeous! And thanks for the sweet comment on my blog. They do grow up WAY too fast!
