I have a sneak peek of a project...
a tiny peek...of some tiny piecing....
shoes for Molly - a great buy from Anthropologie!!!
I am using foundation paper {Golden Threads} for this one.....
new stationery for me!!!
Each strip is a finished 3/8ths inch!!!!
Courthouse steps pattern!
Similar to this....
and this....
but a different look with more than just two colors....
just something little that I am working on...
What are you working on? Something little or something big?
Before I let you get back to your project.....I want to share with you something that put a big smile on my face :)
Jennifer from Jennifer Under the Juniper Tree sent to me a link for a summer project she finished using my Even Easier Arrow tip....
Isn't it great!!!!
Yay! Jennifer!
cheers!
mary
The tiny steps look great...I am just stitching a bit more of my circle game blocks...now I am framing them all ready for assembly!
ReplyDeleteThis will be so cute when it's done. Tiny piecing fills me with a glee I can't describe...
ReplyDeleteSo cute. Your pretty colors and fun projects just make me smile.
ReplyDeleteThat is seriously cray cray! Love it though and can't wait to see how it ends up.
ReplyDelete3/8 inch...really? why?
ReplyDeleteI'm working on the third dress in a row of the same pattern and same size...bored now.
LOOve your tiny courthouse strips , it will be amazing !
ReplyDeleteWow, that is tiny. When you work with something so tiny, do you use a smaller seam allowance than a quarter inch? I'm working on finishing my 2011-12 Mystery BOM from the Fat Quarter Shop because the new 2012-13 BOM has started and I'm a little behind.
ReplyDeleteWow! I'm in love with those tiny little blocks! So cute. And perfect.
ReplyDeleteOh my! This is going to be a masterpiece. Just lovely.
ReplyDeleteOutrageously cute! I adore your yellow one already but this one might just steal my heart again! I love that small piecing allows you to fit even more fabric into a project!
ReplyDeleteYour courthouse steps quilts are all so wonderful and inspiring. I look forward to seeing how this new project turns out.
ReplyDeleteI always love your courthouse steps blocks! So inspiring, and so teeny weeny this time! Can't wait to see the finished project.
ReplyDeleteYour color combo is very inspiring. This will be so pretty!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful looking piece this is going to be! Your fabric choices are inspiring! And is this a piece of corduroy I spy? (I'm resting up in Sydney, so no sewing is being done!)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I'm also working on some teeny tiny foundation piecing...well, I've got all the fabric cut and I've made the first of 12 blocks - slow progress over here at the moment!!
ReplyDeleteThe fabrics are so lovely! Thank you for your lovely blog! :)

Holy Molly!
ReplyDeleteYou rock the teeny!
Whoa that's tiny! Thanks for linking to my blog, it's been fun!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful Mary!! The fairies will be tip toeing up those tiny steps!
ReplyDeleteWhat patience. Saw the courthouse steps in Natural Patchwork when I bought the book. Love it. But I am way to impatient to make something like that. You are a brave woman. It looks fab.
ReplyDeleteMy long term quilt is quite large. I envy the after projects, but I have to finish the one I'm on. Love the colors!
ReplyDeleteI meant faster. Darn clumsy fingers and auto correct!
ReplyDeleteBee shoes? Too perfect.
