Wowsers! You are making me want to do a NY Beauty!! I just started sewing the Single Girl quadrants together and the curved piecing--not horrible. So NYB? Maybe so(sew)!

I am so inspired by your paper pieced block. I'm taking a paper piecing class at my LQS, I can't wait!

Mary, I'm enjoying your quilting by proxy....the weather is good here and my hubby is taking some PTO this week...no sewing, but the water garden has been cleaned and the waterfall rebuilt...there's weeding to do....Well, fortunately, there is rain in the forcast so maybe....

Thank goodness washing machines are electric these days and we don't have to boil and wring the clothes out, lol. Really love your blocks a lot, especially the NYB.

De-lurking to say I love that you are not breaking up that block. It is gorgeous.

I have a NY Beauty pattern just waiting for me to give it a try. I think you have inspired me to put it closer to the top of my pile. Thanks.
