Another Tree Skirt in the works....this one with mittens, hearts, birds, etc.
Even though many of the designs are not typical Christmas....I think they work...
....more sketching or painting with thread...
Need to add much more kitsch...heehee.....
AND.....I finished one more Grandmother's Flower Garden block.....yippee!!!

You have been busy! I love all the detail you are getting from your thread sketching! And the colours of the Flower Garden block are so delicate! Did you fussy cut that third round-the peach with the trees? Fabulous work!

ReplyDeleteI like this second tree skirt a lot, even if it's not traditionally christmas-y. It comes across as very winter-y, which makes it work.
