Love the new header, polka dots..yo yo's, all my favorites in one header pic.! I just purchased new fat quarters, they are all polka dots, just couldn't resist! Wendy
This is sweet! I've been studying the picture to try and figure out how you've done this. It looks deceptively easy...or is there a trick to it that I'm not picking up? I'm guessing that you cut the heart shape from (felt?), lay the floral fabric across the back, and tack it down with running stitch. Right?
